Meet Grace, the founder of BuzzHR and your HR expert.
I'm Grace, a Fractional HR Consultant with 14 years of experience spanning large-scale corporate organisations and fast-growing SMEs.
I started my career in corporate HR, working with globally recognised businesses including Jaguar Land Rover, before moving into the world of fractional support — where I found my passion for helping smaller businesses build the people foundations they need to grow with confidence. I've worked across a wide range of sectors including healthcare, technology, branding, and FMCG, and I bring the same senior-level thinking to every client, regardless of their size.
I founded BuzzHR because I saw too many small businesses struggling with HR challenges they didn't have the time, knowledge, or resource to handle alone. My corporate background means I know what good HR looks like at scale — and my job is to bring that same expertise to businesses that are just getting started with it. But I also know that small businesses aren't corporates, and they shouldn't be treated like one. Everything I do is shaped around protecting your business while preserving the culture and personality that makes it yours.
